LOGGING IN / ONLINE SHOP ACCOUNT / FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

There's no need to enter your email address to log in, just proceed as a guest in to place your order. You'll be prompted to save your info during checkout, but this only creates a login for the online shop to save your shipping address for faster checkout on future orders.

SHIPPING 

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. You can also select from various service levels for faster shipping options if desired. You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse. When placing your order, please double-check your mailing address. Thank you.

SHIPPING METHODS

Our orders are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Mail Service.
Express shipments in Canada are sent - at client cost - using courier ground service. We are unable to offer an express shipping service to clients possessing a P.O. Box addresses.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF DATES*

If you are ordering after the cutoff dates below, you will have to select an upgrade in shipping to expedite the delivery. 

*Please note that postal delays are beyond our control; these dates are a rough guide only and we cannot guarantee the expediency of your local postal service.

Within Canada
:
Sent by regular mail: order before December 15
. 
After December 15 select Canada Post Xpresspost until Dec 18.

 

CLAIMS LIMITATIONS

We reserve the right to reject claims related to incorrect or damaged shipments if received more than 20 days after shipment date.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made securely via Paypal or credit card. No Paypal account is required to complete the transaction. All transactions are in Canadian dollars and conversion is handled by your payment method of choice. 


DISCOUNT CODES

Codes must be used at the time of purchase—they cannot be retroactively applied. Discount codes are usually limited-time offers and do expire.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

We don't accept returns or refunds unless it is due to a damaged shipment. We will ask that either the item be returned or that you send us a digital photo as documentation. We will then send a replacement item or a refund. 

  • Resources must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Resources must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Refunds are given as merchandise credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping fees although, if it was a blatant mistake by us, we'll pick up everything.
  • As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund them.
